Booking Policy
Dear Client
When you book an appointment, you are holding a spot In our calendar that is no longer available to others.
Whilst we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment, it is YOUR responsibility to notify us of changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of a scheduled appointment is to be made 48 hrs prior to the appointment.
- A 50% of the services fee will be charged in the event a cancellation is made less than 48 Hrs.
- “NO SHOW” or missed appointment, FULL FEE will be charged.
- NEW clients are required to pay a 50% deposit when making a booking.
